Neutron beams and Death Stars.



Laser-operated particle accelerators make many new things possible. The laser beam can accelerate neutral particles. And that allows them to control neutrinos and neutrons. That makes them suitable to create neutron beams. 

The system can work like this. The laser rays will take neutrons with them. While they travel through a nuclear reactor. Then some kind of layer pulls laser ray into itself. And then. The neutrons can continue their journey through that thin membrane. 

The system can shoot a laser ray through the nuclear reactor. Then the laser ray will just take neutrons with it. And that thing can make the neutron beam possible. There is, of course, a laser beam with those neutrons. But as I just wrote. That laser beam can removed from those beams. 

The laser systems can also trap neutrons and neutrinos in them. That system can aim energy into those particles. The laser system can make it possible to trap neutrons. 

But the neutrino trap is not so sure. In that trap, high-power electromagnetic radiation makes those neutrons hover. Then that structure can be used to make the neutron radiation. The neutron laser would be an interesting system. 

Making them send radiation whose wavelength is the same as the diameter of the particles that send the wave movement. That thing makes it possible to create neutron radiation. The system requires nuclear reactors and suitable laser systems. Researchers can make those systems by using miniature nuclear reactors. 

When we think about the Star Wars movies and their iconic Death Star systems the thing is that kind of systems can be possible. The Death Star system uses a ball-shaped magnet that pulls ions over its shell. The point where the laser system has the opposite polarity. That helps to focus those ions on the laser. 

The system can have two layers. In the internal layer travels anions and at the outer layer travel ions. The particle focus is at the point where lasers are sending those rays. 

The fact is that. When we talk about that kind of system. Their shape can be similar to those fictional Death Stars. But their size might be far smaller. 

And then. A laser ray can take those ions with it. The system can inject anions through the laser eye. And then those lasers can give those ions and anions extremely high power punch. The thing that makes the Death Star system interesting is that this kind of system can create a relativistic jet. The power of that jet is not the same as some black hole. But the miniature Death Star can operate as part of a particle accelerator.
